New LetsCloud accounts start in Trial Mode, allowing you to explore the platform using free credits before committing to a paid plan.

Below are the key rules, limitations, and how to upgrade your account.


Trial Credits

  • Every new account receives $20(R$50) in cloud credits automatically.
  • Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of signup.
  • Unused credits will expire and cannot be renewed after this period.

Trial Resource Limits

To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, trial mode includes:

  • Maximum of 1 active instance
  • Access to selected plans and data center locations

Network and Access Restrictions

While in trial mode:

  • You can access your instance via SSH, HTTP, or HTTPS
  • Outbound emails are blocked from trial servers
  • Internet bandwidth is limited to:
    • 100 Mbps in trial mode
    • 1 or 10 Gbps after upgrading to full access
  • Your trial instance is automatically disabled after 24 hours
  • It is permanently destroyed after 48 hours

What You Can Do in Trial Mode

  • Deploy and test virtual machines with Linux distributions
  • Use selected one-click applications (e.g., WordPress with OpenLiteSpeed)
  • Access full dashboard features: usage monitoring, server management, and metrics

Remove Trial Restrictions

To unlock full platform access and keep your server running:

  • Add just $10 USD or R$20 BRL in credits to your account
  • This will:
    • Remove all limitations from your account
    • Extend your instance lifespan beyond 24–48 hours
    • Upgrade your bandwidth to 1 or 10 Gbps
    • Enable access to all features and configurations
