LetsCloud Inc. - Refund Policy

At LetsCloud, we are committed to providing reliable cloud infrastructure and high-quality support to all our customers. While most clients do not encounter issues requiring a refund, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy outlines when a refund may be issued, how to request one, and the cases where refunds are not applicable.

When a Refund Is Possible

Refunds may be considered only if the service was not fully provided—meaning the customer did not receive one or more of the core resources included in the selected plan:

  • CPU
  • RAM
  • Disk space

Note: Bandwidth is not covered under refund eligibility, as it is not a guaranteed resource.

Refunds are not applicable for poor internet routing, packet loss from the customer’s ISP, or temporary service unavailability caused by factors outside LetsCloud’s control.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the customer must:

  1. Open a support ticket via Help .
  2. Confirm their identity through the standard verification process (an ID document may be requested).
  3. Clearly describe the issue and specify the timeframe in which the service was unavailable or not properly delivered.

A formal written application is not required, but identity verification is mandatory to protect both the customer and our infrastructure.

Once approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method and currency. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Payments made via cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, USDT), as ownership and identity cannot be verified
  • Dedicated servers
  • Discounted or promotional plans
  • Service renewals or subscription extensions
  • IP address blacklisting (we provide assistance with delisting but do not refund or replace IPs)

Additionally, refunds are not provided if:

  • The server was accessible to most regions but temporarily unavailable in a specific location
  • The customer account received complaints for abuse, spam, or malicious activity (even if disputed later)
  • The refund policy is abused through multiple accounts (LetsCloud reserves the right to permanently suspend such accounts)

Refunds are available only for first-time accounts. Attempts to use this policy repeatedly to obtain free services are considered fraudulent and will result in account termination without refund.

Alternatives to Refunds

If a technical issue caused by LetsCloud prevents the service from working as expected, we will first attempt to resolve it or offer a service extension as compensation. If resolution is not possible and the issue persists, a refund for the most recent paid period may be granted at our discretion.

Final Notes

  • LetsCloud does not provide partial refunds or refunds for unused time.
  • Service cancellation before the end of a billing cycle does not entitle the customer to a refund.
  • Except as required by applicable law or provided in our Service Level Agreement (SLA), all payments are non-refundable.
  • Our responsibility is limited to providing server infrastructure and technical support. The customer is fully responsible for the use and content hosted on the allocated resources.
