To ensure a secure and reliable experience for everyone, new LetsCloud accounts are subject to certain limitations during the initial period of use. These rules help us prevent abuse and maintain service quality across the platform.


Account and Resource Limits (Initial Stage)

When you create a new account, the following restrictions apply:

  • Maximum of 1 active instance

  • Only standard instance sizes are available

  • Limited to specific data center regions

  • Trial instances are automatically:

    • Disabled after 24 hours
    • Deleted after 48 hours

Network and Protocol Restrictions

  • Access allowed via SSH, HTTP, and HTTPS protocols only
  • Outbound email sending is blocked
  • Bandwidth is limited to 100 Mbps during trial

Anti-abuse and Fraud Prevention

LetsCloud actively monitors accounts for suspicious behavior such as:

  • Automated signups
  • Abuse of trial credits
  • Mining, proxy/VPN, spam, or other disallowed services

If such activity is detected, the account may be suspended or permanently banned without notice, as per our Acceptable Use Policy.


How to Remove Restrictions

To unlock full access and remove all limitations:

  • Add a minimum of $10 USD or R$20 BRL in credits to your account
  • Once verified, your account will gain:
    • Full access to all products and regions
    • Extended instance lifespan
    • Bandwidth upgraded to 1 Gbps
    • Ability to use advanced features (e.g., private networking, floating IPs)
