LetsCloud Inc. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth guidelines for the acceptable use of LetsCloud’s infrastructure, services, and network resources. All customers, users, and affiliates must comply with this policy to ensure the integrity, security, and lawful use of LetsCloud’s platform.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the LetsCloud services to engage in, foster, or promote illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including but not limited to:
- Unlawful Activities: Use of services to violate any applicable law or regulation (including intellectual property laws, data protection, and export control).
- SPAM and UCE: Transmission of unsolicited bulk email (spam), chain letters, or any form of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE).
- Malware Distribution: Hosting, distributing, or linking to malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious software.
- Phishing or Fraud: Impersonating others or creating fake services for fraudulent purposes.
- Denial of Service (DoS): Launching or participating in attacks intended to disrupt service availability or operations of other systems.
- IRC Servers or Botnets: Operating unauthorized Internet Relay Chat servers, botnets, or command and control servers.
- Illegal Content: Hosting or distributing child exploitation content, hate speech, or any material deemed illegal or offensive by applicable laws.
2. Resource Abuse
LetsCloud prohibits activities that consume excessive system or network resources or degrade the performance of the platform for other users, including:
- Mining cryptocurrencies without prior authorization.
- Operating open proxies, open relays, or TOR exit nodes.
- Bypassing resource limitations or restrictions set on accounts (e.g., CPU, bandwidth, disk I/O).
3. Security Violations
Users must not attempt to compromise the security of any network, service, or other user’s account. Prohibited activities include:
- Unauthorized access or use of data, systems, or networks.
- Scanning or probing networks without permission.
- Forging packet headers or any part of an email or message to disguise the origin.
4. Responsibility for Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, host, or transmit through LetsCloud services. LetsCloud does not monitor all customer content, but reserves the right to investigate and take action if violations are reported or suspected.
5. Enforcement and Remedies
Violation of this AUP may result in account suspension or termination, with or without notice. LetsCloud reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations.
- Remove any content that violates this policy.
- Report illegal activities to relevant authorities.
6. Reporting Abuse
To report abuse or suspected violations of this AUP, please contact abuse@letscloud.io with detailed information including relevant logs, timestamps, and content involved.
7. Changes to the AUP
LetsCloud reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
